Cefixime: 200 mg (A third-generation Cephalosporin)
Ofloxacin: 200 mg (A Fluoroquinolone)

Uses:

This combination is prescribed for systemic bacterial infections where a single antibiotic may not be sufficient:

Typhoid Fever: Highly effective for enteric fever caused by multidrug-resistant bacteria.
Respiratory Tract Infections: Treatment of severe bronchitis, pneumonia, or sinusitis.
Urinary Tract Infections (UTI): For complicated infections of the urinary system or kidneys.
Intestinal Infections: Treatment of bacterial diarrhea or dysentery.
Skin and Soft Tissue Infections: Severe infections of the skin layers

Dosage (General Guidance)

Adults: Usually one tablet twice a day (BD), meaning one in the morning and one at night after food.
Duration: It is typically prescribed for 5 to 10 days.
Important: Even if you feel better after 2 days, you must complete the full course to prevent antibiotic resistance.
