ONDAZOL INJECTION

Ondansetron injection 4mg/2ml is a prescription anti-nausea medication (antiemetic) used to prevent vomiting from chemotherapy, radiation, and after surgery, available as a fast-acting solution that dissolves quickly into the bloodstream, often given intravenously or intramuscularly, and requires careful dosing, especially for children, with common side effects being mild but serious ones like serotonin syndrome possible with other drugs. 

• COMPOSITION
• 1 ml solution for injection contains 2 mg ondansetron as ondansetron hydrochloride dihydrate. Each ampoule with 2 ml contains 4 mg ondansetron

•  Nausea and vomiting
•  Post-operative vomiting (after surgery/anaesthesia)
•  Chemotherapy-induced vomiting
•  Radiotherapy-induced vomiting
•  Severe vomiting due to gastritis/food poisoning
